juz came back from work..damn!! soooo fucking tired..yet mummy started nagging again..come on lah mummy, this is my job or rather this is my career..if i dun finish my work, i wil not be able to sleep at peace ya..can't you be alittle more understanding?? i understand tat you care for me..but i really have lots of work to do..and almost all are urgent..i have court deadlines to follow..

but ya lah, work is definitely always like hell after coming back from leave..aaarrggghhh!! ~#%`#$%^&;*^%$$~

saw the staff performance appraisal email system for my performance appraisal or bonus assessment or pay increase..

(a) work capability

- how fast the staff learn and pick up the skills and knowledge

---> maybe not tat fast..but at least i know where the hell i scribble on my notebook..heehee..

- staff ability to pick up new skills and knowledge

---> i know almost everything..but i juz hate corporate work..i guess i have selective learning skills..*evil grinz*

- staff ability to use the skills and knowledge

---> of cos i have to apply the skills and knowledge to prepare the necessary docs lah..*DUH*

- initiative & diligence

---> i am i am!! but maybe not initiative to matters like pantry or stationery..i'm a paralegal, NOT a secretary..

- carefulness in the work (number of mistakes)

---> everyone makes mistakes..its only the matter of the graveness..i definitely win shida in this area..

- the competence shown in the work

---> i am i am..

- the level of supervision the staff require

---> i need ZERO!!

- the independence that the staff show in their work performance

---> if i'm not independent, boss would not have allowed me to handle the files and my clients myself..*proud look* haahaa..

(b) general behaviour and conduct towards colleagues, external service providers and clients

---> i'm a hypocrite (wonder if the spelling is right)..i can tok nicely to people on the phone and sounded sooo damn fucking sweet..yet the moment i put down the phone, i started cursing and swearing..as for my colleagues, i guess they all "love" me, the siao charbo to the max!!

(c) work ethics

- punctuality

---> i'm always early by 15mins to 25mins..but occassionally late due to traffic jam..always..DAMN THE BUS!!

- responsibility shown by the staff in their work

---> each and every file is my BABY!!

- ability to keep to deadlines imposed by the superior(s)

---> the KIV in LEAP really helps me lotzz..but i muz admit tat sometimes i'm abit lagged..there is juz tooooo much work to do!!

- willingness to take up new responsibilities

---> it depends on the nature..if it has something to do with secretary, i have ZERO willingness to take up..booooooooooooooooooo!!

(d) communication skills

- the level of verbal communication skills

---> i suck totally!!

- the level of written communication skills

---> i'm better than shida..worse than my boss..

(e) general

- upgrading courses the staff goes for on their own

---> i wil NOT wan to go for something which i got to pay myself..

- upgrading courses the Firm sends the staff and how the staff performs in the course

---> boss only send me once..and i got the certificate for it..weeeeeeeeeee!!

the aforesaid is only wat and how i think of myself..but the actual results come from my boss..i'm only waiting to see how much bonus and pay increment he is going to give me..*cross my fingers*..
