(a) Clients do not appreciate delay in forwarding them documents. The delay was caused because I was on leave. As you can see, that is not a good reason for the client; and
(b) We cannot set unreasonable deadlines for clients to revert. We have lost revenue in this matter, which we cannot afford to in 2009.

another frustrating incident at work..we were acting for the wife..sooo the husband, together with his so-called fren (i named her "bitch"), called and requested for our letter stating an extension of time to file his MOA..
she was damn fucking rude over the phone sia..even a "patient" like me aso buay tahan lor..finally i cannot handle her and passed the phone to cb boss..and as expected, cb boss chose to ignore lor..so tat bitch's final line is "we are coming up to the office now"..
immediately i prompted cb boss in msn, hoping tat he could at least salvage the situation..

the elder sister was damn shy initially..she dare not talk to us and was sitting at one corner..
but finally i managed to "subdue" her..hahaaa..
slowly, she started to get closer to us..heehee..
she loves her ah ma alot lor..when we told her tat we wanna bring her out to play, she would say "i wanna go with ah ma"..she is cute de lor..
and ta da..this is her mummy..she looked abit like wanying to me..hahaa..
stayed at the neighbour's house for more than an hour..then we went back home to sleep till 4pm..wau lau eh, only 4 hours of sleep nia..damn tired lor..
went shopping in the korea shop and tried their soft drinks..nice de lor..we bought one for princess too..pink colour de leh..hahaa..
gonna have korea food for dinner with mummy and my godparents..weeeeee!!
their speciality is the BBQ food by way of charcoal..they have this suck smoke device in the middle, so your top wun stink after all the BBQ..
the complimentary appetizers..alot sia..but thank god its all in small portions..they are refillable too..and the best part is its FREE OF CHARGE!! i ate like 3 bowls of kimchi..its nice lor..no rubbish smell like those i smelt last time..hahaa..
finally our main courses are here..
its the korea rice cake..it tasted like hot mochi to me..i like..
guo tie..i think its abit too salty..dun really like it..

woke up at 11am..while waiting for mummy to cook breakfast, we went to the playground for the weekly morning exercise..
princess loves this equipment the morning..she wil go on saying "1, 2, 1, 2" (in mandarin lah)..she is cute de lor..
somehow she has this constipated look on her face..hahaa..
after breakfast, we washed up and went to po po's house..
see this young lady smiling soo happily right?? its bcos she got cold cold chrysanthemum tea to drink lor..
her all-time fav plastic bags trolley in po po's house..
mummy, jon jon and i were quite held up with our own things, sooo its bro bro's turn to accompany princess for the watering entertainment..hahaa..bro bro was damn scared tat princess wil fall, he juz follow behind closely wherever princess went..damn funny de lor..

woke up at 12pm..damn not enough sleep lor :(....
waiting for his parents to get ready..its an outing with his family..
first, we went to bugis temple to pray..
then we went to this organic restuarant for breakfast @ lunch..super healthy right??? *winkzz winkzzz*
the drinks we ordered..i super duper dun like this blackcurrant..it tasted sooo sour sia..
ermzzz, this apple juice is not bad..
i love this root beer with green tea the most!! hahaaa..
and here comes the organic food..dun ask me for their names..i really dunno..
in his daddy's car to bugis le..
then we went all the way to jurong point..jon jon bought a new ACER laptop..hahaa..
it was drizzling..we were quite evil by asking his daddy to fetch the car alone while we waited at the shelter..haahaaa..
then we proceeded to geylang for dinner..

after much consideration, i finally tender my resignation letter le..weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!
had a long discussion with cb boss..told him the workload is juz too heavy and i juz can't cope with the stress..and of cos he did NOT accept it lor..haizzzz..he even claimed tat he "cannot afford to lose me"..i felt disgusted by this phrase..*pukes*
anyway he gonna consider to increase my pay..well he din know tat its not abt the pay..its more abt his attitude and the workload..haizzzzz..

initially we intended to have indian food de..but when we passed by one of the coffeeshop, the pic of BBQ stingray was sooo tempting..so we decided to have it..
our drinks..this jon jon hor, having heaty body already stil wan to drink dinosaur *shake head*
i shall have the cooling wintermelon tea then..hahaa..
here comes our food..
the "chef recommend" thai chicken..i only like the onions..the chicken was too hard le..hahaaa..
asparagus with scallop..the asparagus were like damn big and the scallops soo small..*shake head*
and finall the BBQ stingray..well, it looked totally DIFFERENT from the pic lor..plus its seriously not nice..
we regreted having dinner there..we felt sooo cheated by the pic..and the dinner actually cost us S$32.60!! damn not worth it..wil NEVER dine there again..
the weather was damn hot..jon jon was sweating like hell..
and so he decided to have a hair cut..

we went to tamp cafe cartel for dinner..well, the table cloths outside are EXACTLY the same like my top lor!! thank god we were seated inside with no such table cloth..hahaaa..
the good thing abt cafe cartel is tat there is FREE FLOW of bread and butter..but who would eat so much of it right?? hahaaa..
while waiting for our food, we started playing around with princess bee..hahaaa..
and the presentation of my bdae present *blush* hahaaa..

while i was on my way to tamp, i smsed cb boss as follows:
"mr rajan, i juz wan you to know tat i'm resigning not only bcos of the pay but more to the heavy workload, stress and sometime your temper..i need to admit tat you've awarded me attractive pay rise throughout the years..i would like to check with my medium over the weekend..so i'll give you an answer on monday ok?"and of cos he did reply..
"U know, sharon. lawyers r difficult n temperamental people. But u must acknowledge that i have treated u very well compared to the rest of the staff. And, in these hard times, we must b v happy that we r doing well compared to other small law firms. Further, it is a well known fact that law firms r always v busy. I just dont understand y young people r not willing to work hard in their youth. If u dont work hard now, build up your career n your financial nest, when will u do it? The future may be v difficult. Like the singapore govt, i also worry abt the future of young people when they become older n less productive in modern singapore. U r v young, think carefully. Do u want to play now n suffer later in life? Yr mother doesnt work in the legal sector, so she may not understand the work issues. (2) i have treated u very well compared to the rest of the staff how many staff do you have right now?? only me lor..you asked shida to resign..you gave high salary to old virgin but she doesn't like our working styles..you allowed clare to leave even though she resign..
its only bcos i met your criteria on the style of work you wan..and i'm too initiative towards the work so you dun have to give me specific instructions..further, you know very very well tat you dun pay much attention to the debt recovery work..you emphasised more on the divorce matters..and i was the only one handling the probate matters, you din even bother to check, you juz signed only..
so isn't it ridiculous for you to make this statement??
(3) we r doing well compared to other small law firmsof cos you would say this..like wat ah pek said before, you accept WATEVER cases that came to you..be it big or small, complicated or simple, you would take it wat..

woke up at 10am++ and brought princess down for breakfast..today, we brought along her "vehicle"..hahaaa..
jon jon came back home after work..after lunch, he started working on his assignment while i watched mobtv..
from this position..
to this position..lazy bum!! hahaaa..
then princess was running around and decided to sit on the table top to accompany mummy while she iron the clothes..
and something caught her attention..
and she immediately hugged it!!

and pestered ah ma to open for her..
then she quietly sit at one corner to munch le lor..
and then she shifted to the sofa and enjoyed the chips while watching elmo show..
all of us decided to hide under our blankets since it was raining cats and dogs..the rain was damn heavy lor..there was thunder and lightning too..princess was quite scared by them though..
by 9pm++, i was packing my bag to go over to jon jon's house for the weekly overnight mahjong..then as usual princess started to ransack it..
she found a sweet in my bag but mummy was saying not to let her eat anymore..soooo the notti her posed..ssssshhhhhhhssssssssshhhhhhhhh..
when mummy finally realised tat she had ate the sweets, she gave another face..haahaa..ok lah, i admit tat i taught her all these de lah..hahaaa..

cb boss ordered the giant earthquake to share..
i felt damn damn damn disgusted by sharing the icecream lor..wau lau eh..thank god the yam flavour was in front of me..so i juz ate the yam flavour..when cb boss told me to try the chocolate flavour in front of him, i took a small mouthful and felt like puking sia!! wau lau eh..its the most unpleasant eating ice-cream experience :(....
anyway the 3 of us did manage to finish the 8 giant scoops of icecream..
