the first thing princess requested for when she woke up is not her milk or pacifier..but the catch-sweets machine!! i'm sure she loved it alot sia..


went to the temple to pray first before going over to fetch jon jon..

i dun understand why..but it seemed like there are alot of problems in cb boss paying me the OT monies tat HE offered..

receiving the following email from cb boss..

Dear Sharon,

I am in the process of reviewing the Firm's Over-Time policy. Certain changes to the said policy which will take effect from 1st May 2009. I will continue to pay you the overtime for April 2009 as per our earlier agreement in early March 2009.

but it was NEVER on my mind to threaten at all..haizzz..watever!!

wat i really cannot take it is tat cb boss actually published an article in the law gazette which says abt his employees..how many staff does he have?? obviously he is talking abt me lah!! wau lau eh..

the key points and my comments to the 2 pages article are as follows:

1. the unhappiness intensified and i started venting my frustration at my wife..

i can only pity your wife..

2. if the business is causing you so much stress and unhappiness, just close it down..

i think you should lor..

3. one major problem that kept cropping up during the last six years was my inability to recruit and retain suitable support staff..

this is all bcos of your personality, character and the way you treated your staff..you know it best when you vent your anger on your staff..you throw the files, you shouted vulgarities etc..

you can blame no one but yourself..

4. here's their list of demands:

(a) pay me more if you want me to stay in the firm longer..

HELLO!! you are the one who offered me higher pay and OT pay..i din request for it at all!!

(b) i cannot work beyond 6pm..

i'm always working until 9pm++ even when you did NOT even pay me OT..i had even worked till 1am for you..and came back to work on hari raya 08 when its a public holiday..and even on xmas eve when the firm closed down..the only day when i wun be working late is on fridays..

so is this fair to me??

since you are now alleging this statement, i shall follow it..from now on, i wun sacrifice sooo much time in this firm anymore..6pm on the dot shall be my target EVERYDAY!!

(c) it is my entitlement to take sick leave right after my annual leave..surely, the doctor knows best..

this incident clearly refers to the incident on my bdae..but HELLO!! i was really sick and not faking it lor..if i was faking it, i would definitely feel damn guilty..but now i'm feeling damn unfair and angry!!

(d) treat me well..dun stress me out..i do not take well to your reminders and to your moods..

i dun understand this..soo i have no comments..

(e) urgent leave is my prerogative and i wil take it on fridays and/or mondays..

i have only taken urgent leave once before..and tats only a half day bcos i stained my pants due to menses..and this ONE incident caused him soo much trouble??

(f) i do the work my way only..

??? during the first one year appraisal, you even praised me tat my work style is wat you wanted..sooo wat exactly does this mean??

5. it did not take me long to realise tat we, employers are at our employees' mercy and they will leave if you do not accede to their demands..

??!! wat nonsense..you are the boss wat..juz accept the employee's resignation letter and engage a new paralegal lah..why offer higher pay and OT pay and now regret like hell??

clearly you wan the readers to think tat all your employees are in the wrong and you are the angel boss..they din know the truth on your side as follows:

1. you vent your anger on your employee when you have PMS i.e. throwing the files, scolding vulgarities..

2. handing over your so-called urgent work to your employees only at 545pm when the knock off time is 6pm..

3. when your employees drafted the docs to you 2 weeks ago, you juz chucked them into the shelf..only when the clients started chasing you, then you started rushing your employees..

4. you always claimed tat you had no time..but you juz loved engaging into those social work and claimed tat they helped you to de-stress..

5. when your employee wanna continue to work, you asked her to resign..you din wan to terminate her bcos you dun wan to give her any compensation (this is in the case of shida)..

6. you rejected your employee's resignation letter, offered higher pay and OT pay..and then bitched abt her..

this is seriously the final stage to my patience limit..you published it in the law gazette leh..all the lawyers would have a copy of it..so how the hell am i going to survive in this line if every single lawyer was to remember this article??

yet on the other hand, you turned the table around and obviously became a hypocrite..while he was having short session with priya, he actually told priya the following:

thinking tat she muz be feeling bored, both mummy and i brought her to tamp mart mac for some nuggets and fries..

she was crying bcos she had an ulcer on her lips..sooo when the salty fries touched the wound, it was painful for her..but stil she wanna continue to eat it..*shake head*..hahahaa..


then we went for some marketing..and i bought her bubble tea..


was sitting under the void deck to rest for awhile before going home..
