bb came to fetch me from work at 630pm..

while waiting for the train to vivo city for dinner..


after dinner, we sat down facing the sea to chill..the feeling was great..sooo romantic sia..haha..

after work, met neo neo for dinner in vivo..

bb came to fetch me from work at 630pm..


then we went shida's house to visit her..

as if bb and ryan knew each other very well sia, ryan juz sat on bb's lap and watched tv lor..hahaha..


then on the way to 201 teh tarik for dinner with ivan neo..

*FRIDAY 14 AUGUST 2009*

WORK PROCEDURE EMAIL from cb boss..ccb!!

Dear Sharon and Lurvin,

I have given thought to the workflow and process a lot lately. I want to put the following processes in place with immediate effect.

(a) For Sharon: If there is more than 1 Court hearing and mediation fixed in the afternoon or morning, pl help me to reschedule my meeting times with clients/opposite side, etc. You can work with me on this before the hearing dates during the SS Meetings.

(b) For incoming telephone calls, please check for me the full name of the caller/where they are calling from/reason for the call. I have noticed how both of you handle calls. I think we need to put forward a rather polished and professional image on the telephone. Please try and not to be casual, colloquial on the telephone.

(c) If I have a client waiting in the meeting room or in the office oram on the way to Court, please do not put calls through to me.

(d) No wearing of jeans/shorts/casual attire from Mondays to Thursdays. Please wear proper working attire from Mondays to Thursdays. On Fridays, jeans are allowed but not shorts or other form of casual attire.

(e) All emails that clients send us requires our attention and reply. So, please do not file them away without discussing the appropriate reply from me.

(f) All law firms have always have a backlog problem. I still get feedback from clients that we are a little slow in our replies and Court hearings updates. We need to shorten our response time to emails or any other responses. As both of you are paralegals, I am very conscious of the fact that your scope of work should not be that of a clerk or secretary. So, I will be assigning more legal matters in time to come.

2 more points.

Lurvin: to arrange for the Staff Meeting every Wednesday. Also to have an out of office email message when you are on leave. Also, please log your leave into my hp so that I do not look for you when you are away.

now i know cb boss actually badmouth abt me sia..

XXX called at 2pm wanting to come to the office at 7pm..cb boss told me to inform XXX tat bcos of such short notice, he cannot make it..then when i finally got hold of XXX after work, he said cb boss actually told him tat "nowadays my staff dun wan to work late"..

wat the fuck?? *roll eyes*

received a complaint email from one of the client..i can't put it up due to confidentiality..but i can put up certain parts of cb boss' reply..

(a) I am giving a stern warning to my staff to pull up her socks. You can contact her to chase her if you think she is slow. - wat the hell?? pulling me into the pic again sia..why can't he juz leave me out of the conversation between him and the client??

(b) After the completion of the hearing, I suggest that we part ways since you are clearly unhappy with me. - i'm surprised tat cb boss would say such a thing?? i thought he would never say no to $$$??!

i honestly wonder how many more clients did he badmouth sia..chao cheebye!!

anyway bb came to fetch me and again, we went vivo for dinner..



wat else can we do other than pics taking right?? hahaa..






after tat, went ivan's house to play mahjong..wau lau eh, i lost S$225.00, ivan lost S$95.00..daniel won S$320.00 lor..its all thanks to alan who flew us aeroplane at the last min..booooooooo!!

*SATURDAY 15 AUGUST 2009*

good morning everyone!!



then yan yan went out whilst i gonna go buy 4D..

then she insisted on sleeping with the blanket when the weather was sooo hot..







then i present my genting present to her..thank god she like it lor..haha..



then i prepared myself to go out le..


met bb in tamp interchange..we went to buy movie tickets first..


finally waiting for bus 65 le..

good morning everyone!!



bb came to pick me up at 430pm..


while waiting for the bus, he juz wan my head to be very big..sobz sobzz..


finally in the bus le..weeeeeeeeee!!


then we saw ah wei and ivan as well..


i dun understand why the 3 of them wan to cover it there..


after tat bb and i went shopping around..

and saw our pic as mattress..haha..

then we met up with ah wei and ivan again in blue oasis..



then ah wei went to work le..soooo only left me, bb and ivan..


then finally at abt 9pm, we went to ah wei's workplace for dinner..

then she became emo when samson left..hahaha..


anyway here comes our food and drinks..

*MONDAY 17 AUGUST 2009*

really knnbccb sia!! early in the morning received email from cb boss again..

Further to my email below, please note the following:-

1. Your work/email/letters/response time will be 2 days from the dateof receipt the letter/email with immediate effect. I am forced to implementthis in view of clients' complaints.

WHEN I AM ON LEAVE:-

(a) The past procedure that I have implemented will continue.

(b) Further, all letters/emails that you are comfortable in sending out must be sent out. For matters that you are unsure, you are to call me on my hp. This will then ensure that there is no delay or backlog of work when I am away.

(c) Both of you will take turns to call me on my mobile twice a day to update me on my telephone calls.

(d) I am still giving thought on how to manage my emails when I am away.

I will let you know once I have some clear ideas.

bb came to fetch me from work and we went ps for dinner..


after dinner, we went park lane mac for icecream..


fed bb with my icecream..


and squashed it all over his mouth..hahaha..

then he fed up and snatched away the icecream from me..sobz sobzzz..


no lah..he is not tat petty de lah..he stil returned the icecream to me..haha..

bb came to fetch me from work at 6pm and we went bedok to meet the rest for dinner..


ivan and ah wei were late and gonna meet us at bedok 85 directly..

sooo me, bb and ah bug in bus 222 to bedok 85..




we ordered our drinks first..


accompanied ah bug to the toilet, leaving bb alone waiting for ivan and ah wei..

*THURSDAY 20 AUGUST 2009*

freaking dulan to receive the following email from cb boss..my comments are in red beside it..

Dear Sharon,

1. I had previously told you that I am reviewing the overtime pay scheme. The purpose of this email is to touch on this subject.

2. In view of the current overtime practices in the legal profession, the Firm will pay over-time from 7-00 p.m. onwards from 20th August 2009. - so 6pm to 7pm is my dinner time?? i know lah, you juz wan to "eat" ppl nia lah..

3. Most law firms expect their staff who earn more than $2,500-00 to work beyond the official working hours. - so ppl who earn more than S$2,500.00 have no life at all?? in their eyes, there is nothing but work?? you can have no life but i stil wan my life de lor!! In fact, in many firms, these staff do not get overtime pay. We are making an exception and will be paying you overtime if you work beyond 7-00 p.m. - cheebye lah..i din ask for overtime pay lor..you are the one who offer me the same..sooo dun act as if you are an angel here ok??

4. I know you do not want to work beyond the official working hours. - i'm glad you know.. When I leave the building late at night, the lifts are full of people who work overtime. - scully they start work late leh?? you dunno de wat.. My wife has staff who are your age or slightly older than you who work late in the Civil Service. They even work on their computers at home in the nights. - how others work is their problem de lor..i dun see the need why i have to follow them.. I am highlighting this to inform you of the way office workers work in Singapore. I still cannot understand why the youth of today are unwilling to work hard to secure their future. If the youth only focus and enjoy life now, what kind of future are they looking at? Not a financially rewarding one, for sure. If they work hard now, then there is a chance of a better future. - i juz wan my pay cheque on every 27th day of the month..

5. Though we are a small law firm, we have a very busy practice. In view of the size of the staff strength, I expect all of us to increase their work output and efficiency. Your work must be completed on time and clients must be kept happy. - wanna see who have more backlog?? you are always pushing the blame to me in front of clients..tat makes you the angel and me the devil..its really hard being your employee lor..

6. I will be implementing further work processes to ensure that this is done by the both of you. - i think wat you should implement first and foremost is your attitude..

7. You are welcome to discuss this further with me. - i dun see any need to discuss it with you..in fact, i dun wan to talk to you at all..i juz wan my pay cheque every month..

waited from 3pm++ for cb boss to come back to the office..but 530pm already and he is stil not back yet..fuck lor..he muz be sleeping in the bar again sia..having no choice, i sms him and told him i wanna go back already..

damn it lor!! the clinic closed from 4pm to 7pm sia..wau lau eh..

having no choice, slacked under the void deck till 7pm lor..


my fever was 39.8..can you imagine tat!! then i got to wear mask again..bb was damn evil lor..he can stil laugh at me and suggested taking pic..booooooooo!!


the doctor gave me 2days mc..soooo immediately, i went back home to rest..of cos bb accompanied me for awhile lah..


the medicine had no much effect sia..my fever juz wun subside..at one point my fever was 40.4 in tat the thermometer juz stated "hi" and tats all..

so having no choice, mummy brought me to cgh a&e..i was brought to the H1N1 screening..sobz sobzzz..

in the end, the doctor gave me 1 week hospitalisation leave leh..shiok oh..

all i need now is more rest and more water lor..

*FRIDAY 21 AUGUST 2009*

slept the whole day sia..damn shiok lor..

the only time i woke up was to reply and answer bb's sms and calls..

i hate eating medicine!!

the only heartache part is i can’t even get close to princess..sobz sobzzz..
